Vienums pēc nosaukuma

Special:ItemByTitle is used to find the corresponding Item for a given page on a connected site.
The first field, "Vietne:", is where you enter the language and site code.
For the second field, "Lapa:", you must put in the exact title of the page as it appears on the connected site.
